We have been having some issues with our ODEO in-box. They have changed the site and since then we can not retrieve audio messages. We are currently working with ODEO support to resolve the issue. I’ll post an update as soon as we have this working.
Update: We recieved a reply from ODEO Support and they have confirmed the bug and are working to correct it.
