So what’s up with that, you ask? Well, Michele got such an awesome interview with the Rogue Dao Studios we just had to put it all in there.

YES! TWO WEEKS OVER! *shuffles and jives* But what is it with the shorter podcast? Does it really have to be shortened people? *glances at all* I mean we people have to live with a full week podcastlessness. Cant you maybe just leave it at the actual length or maybe make it a *shifts eyes about* “A wee bit longer? *insert puppy eyes here*
The vixen that won the content *struts*
P.S. This best games of all times have missing some games so far. The really old and classic ones, buuuuut maybe thats to come, huh?

We just love those guys at Rogue Dao. Their work is top notch and I can’t wait to see the results. Thanks to them for their interviews at WarCry. Monty will be featured as a site contributor and blogger in the near future so keep your eye out for that.
Thanks, guys!

I agree with halloweenfoxy, I was hoping that it would be a little longer. None the less, you guys are do a great job. Did anybody feel that 1.06 beta has some promise? I installed it and think it is making the toolset a little better. I am looking forward to the EXP, and I am hoping that there be more monsters.

Well, if you notice I think this is one of the longest podcast we have had. For about every 30 minutes of audio you here takes about 1 hour to produce, to the idea was shorter would mean less production. The idea was to have about a 30-45 min show, most of that being an interview. We have been talking and could have split the interview into 2 shows but thought that would break up the flow of the interview too much so we just put the whole thing in. It worked our pretty well since the interview was already to go and didn’t need much editing our production time was a lot shorter this time.
Thanks for the feed back we will definitely take your advise into consideration for future shows

*grins broadly*
I am sorry to have to correct your oh dear skeleton healer man. Podcast Episode 13,17,18,19,20,22 and 24 are longer then the actual. They are just not necessarily bigger in file size. How I know? I happen to have em all on my harddisk for some reason that toesnt seem to come to my mind. Keep on doing great work!!!
*struts*
P.S. You will never level up if you heal the monsters you are supposed to kil
P.P.S. I dun mind if the podcast is not longer just please please PLEASE *insert lots of sugar here* Don’t make it shorter.

Welcome back Trey. I hope Jay did pass along my words. Anyways. You didn-’t really think your lil Skeleton booboo will be forgotten do you? We will -ALWAYS- remind you. “Cast not heal on thine enemy!” is going to be a motto from now. Actually you should be added into a famous last words with “So now I just need to heal me and all is… What do you mean I misclicked? .. .. Oh. okay…”

Ah, but he did the right thing Halloweenfoxy — even if he may not have meant to or realized it at the time.
Healing spells *do* damage undead in NWN1. The only way he could have healed a skeleton with a healing spell would be if it wasn’t actually defined as undead in the toolset. You can do that by putting a skeleton appearance on a non-undead monster, but then it isn’t a normal skeleton to begin with.
That’s why the story doesn’t sound like it can be right to me. Did you check the message window to be sure that the skeleton was actually healed and not damaged by the spell?

All I know is that I was trying to kill him and heal myself and somewhere in there I clicked on him when I was trying to click on me, and boom he got healed and I died. After that things get a little fuzzy.

Ha fuzzy you just wanna distract from the fact that you healed your enemy. Can’T wait for the Gallow’s bird event to make fun of you in character and maybe sing a song in game that deals with this strange cleric who felt so pityfull for having to kill this skeleton that he wanted to heal him back to life. Reminds me to make up some lyrics for that.
