Liso, Happy Birthday/Trails, and God speed on your hiatus from hosting the show.
We weren’t as bad as I’d feared.
Good show. And thanks for having us on the Round Table…

Hey everyone, I am going to miss co-hosting the show this summer. My hiatus is for a worthy cause and I will be back in Aug.
Thank you Annikolia for an awesome round table!
Skunk-O-Licious! You will do awesome, and thank you for sliding into my co-host slot.
**makes extra cookie dough for the summer** Now Trey. Bake these at 350 for 7-10 minutes. And don’t burn them!

Happy Birthday and have fun Liso!
Thanks for hosting the round table. Nice job editing, Ashercon.
Btw, I like the idea of the monthly contests.
June 6th, 2008 at 2:42 pm
Thanks again all you Annakolians for joining us. Did anyone listen to the Director’s cut?
Wyrin: you bet thanks for listening!
*sadly takes the cookies and places a towel over them.
*turns slowly and gazes out the kitchen window as the rain begins to patter on the pane

*raises his hand* I listened to the director’s cut.
June 6th, 2008 at 3:42 pm
I listened to the Directors cut. DM’s Mykkal & Flamecrow had some awesome DM pointers. Charissa & Barry ive admired for a long time for their PW prowess. Its true when they say they would offer to help others with their PW. Barry has shown me tons of amazing things for NWN and I can chat with him forever about our game. Their son Wolfgang is a amazing player I enjoy gaming with him and DM Raven they are a couple of fun jokers. DM RoAnnon will be helping me soon this month for a DMFI 102 class to share his knowledge with new DM’s. Astonishing team there!
Ive been a fan of the show for a very long time. Im going to deeply miss Liso as much greatly over the summer. tho I have a feeling she sparked a series of nicknames for me Ill think of her each time someone calls me something crazy! Im excited to work with the Team and hang with Trey , Jay & Dave. This is gonna be fun!
Wyrin! DA looks like a awesome adventure there!

I’m going to go ahead on and pass on the t-shirt, no offense!
First, thanks for the shout out.
Anyway, good round table. A lot of the stuff you guys were talking about seems obvious when you hear it, but probably not until you experience a problem with it.
I missed it because I was in and out, but this PW you all got is for NWN? I can’t take the interface! Or maybe I would try. I can’t really see myself RPing at all though, but I guess you never know if it’s fun or not until you try it.
Whatever, cool podcast.
June 6th, 2008 at 4:49 pm
Dirtywick, yes Annakolia is NWN1. We showcase all NWN games here.
exactly which t-shirt are you passing on? The MoW t-shirt or our podcast t-shirt?
June 6th, 2008 at 5:04 pm
At the risk of doubling my chances…
I just wasn’t sure which game it was for. A good PW is supposedly hard to come by!
I’m sure they’re nice shirts, but i’m cool.

Hi Guys,
Just thought you’d like to know that the AME Golden Dragon nominations video for the NWN1 Recognition and Custom Content categories have now been posted. I think you’ll particularly like how this one ends.

P.S. Just to clarify: the music awards in this video also covers NWN2, since the music awards for the two games are combined.

Great episode and very interesting round table. I actually listened it twice, first as regular episode and then I wanted more so I listened the director’s cut.

*goes off to finish MOTB
June 12th, 2008 at 9:27 am
Yeah, I figured that. Not much slips past you guys. Thanks for cleaning up the link. The one I suppled slid right off the page. Have fun storming the castle.
June 12th, 2008 at 4:31 pm
Yeah but dont let that stop you from posting what your hear, you never know!
June 12th, 2008 at 6:40 pm
Of course you don’t have to worry about that. Oddly enough their new overland encounter system seems to have been presaged by my random spawner with spot/listen. Of course theirs is more complex, but it is interesting to compare them:

June 12th, 2008 at 9:34 pm
Yeah, ffbj… It sounds a bit like your spot/listen .. and I’m guessing my scaling down the world and PC to make expansive maps.. like my treasure island prefab for the area contest.
http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=NWN2PrefabAreas.Detail&id=332
who knows what the final product will be.. but they say it’ll be totally usable by the community.
June 13th, 2008 at 3:09 pm
Yeah, that idea spot/listen is not new. In some sense it goes all the back to the original D&D where if you rolled a 1 on a d6 you got ambushed.
I think your downscaling of the pc to make the map more extensive was something rather new though. The only reason I mentioned spot/listen with random spawns is that in the article they say that these ideas had not be seen before. Of course Nwn1 did not have an overland map.
